Use of the services

All services offered by IRIS are either against a recurring plan or a custom one-off project as agreed at the time of engagement.

Service plans are on-going monthly, starting the day a contract is signed and renew every 30 days unless cancelled by either party. All recurring plans offer a standard 5% and 10% saving when you commit and make combined payments quarterly or annually. Payments can be made through credit or debit cards, bank transfer or via PayPal. Payments made through credit or debit card incur an additional charge of 2.9%.

As part of the service, you will be provided access to our project management platform that will enable you to assign work to our team, collaborate as well as review tasks.

Our service plans allow you to assign any number of projects or scope, unless outlined in the initial proposal, however each project shall only be executed sequentially. Whilst IRIS shall provide a guide timeline at the time of initiating any workflow and will make every effort to adhere to stipulated delivery timelines, actual delivery is subject to force majeure, complexities of said project and proactive feedback when and where requested.

Whilst you shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights to all end products delivered, any stock materials or materials produced outside the scope of, but used in the relevant project, shall not be covered by these rights and will only be limited to their use in the pertinent project(s). You will also not be provided source files of these particular materials.

As part of your onboarding, introductory video calls shall be scheduled and you will be offered a thorough briefing of processes and use of the platform. While you will be able to assign projects directly from the platform, you may request further calls on an as-needed basis. All client calls shall be recorded for quality assurance purposes and will be governed by our privacy policy.

As part of project briefing, you shall confirm that you are the owner of any content shared with us and possess the necessary rights, licenses and authorisation to share it with us. You also at this point, grant us worldwide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to the materials in order to provide the relevant service.

We will retain all working files for the duration of your continued engagement and for up to 60 days upon termination thereof.

All plans will commence after the first payment has been processed and whilst all plans shall be set to recurring monthly billings, you will have the right to cancel any plan with a 7 day notice prior to renewal. Where projects in the pipeline roll over into the proceeding billing month, you will be billed for the full month by default. In case of termination of renewal where an active project has a timeline beyond the last day of subscription, delivery will be subject to a custom charge based on delivery timeline.

All plans come with the option of pausing your monthly subscription however, all work in the pipeline shall have to be settled against, before a pause may be activated.

‍All plans can be tailored up or down as required and would become live in the following billing cycle. In order to make any changes, you will need to coordinate with your account manager to have your fresh custom plan developed.

All work developed under any plan or as a one-off engagement provides us a right to limited, royalty free, worldwide use, publishing and display for the purpose of marketing and advertising our services. You have the right to revoke this license at any time by sending us a written request.

We strive to fulfil all service agreements. However, unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally hinder our ability to do so. These events, known as Force Majeure events, include (but are not limited to) pandemics, government shutdowns, natural disasters (lightning, floods, severe weather), fires, explosions, wars, civil unrest, acts of government, disruptions in telecommunications, utilities, or other third-party services, and hostile cyberattacks. In the case of a Force Majeure event, we will be held harmless for any inability to perform services. We will, however, resume operations as soon as the situation is resolved.
