    Information that may be gathered through attendance of our events, virtual or physical, may include a guest’s personal information such as their complete name, address, contact details, place of employment and designation as well as their photograph as part of the invitation, event registration, photographic or video coverage or any other purpose correlated to the guest’s attendance of the event. This information may be a combination of voluntarily provided information by the guest or information provided to us by our client for whom the event may have been run.

    All information, solicited or otherwise, provided to us by potential job applicants is retained by us for up to three years in our talent pool at our premises or on secure, cloud-based data storage.
