Not at all! We offer many services beyond the ones in the plans listed. To be able to offer the best value however, we’ve identified certain work streams and requirements that most businesses need on an on-going basis. The plans above are designed to offer the most value for those requirements. We do realise that we may not have covered your particular requirements precisely and for that or for anything beyond the scope covered in these plans, we ask you to schedule a call with us so we can best understand your needs and develop a custom solution for you.

We treat requests as any task that has been assigned to us. For instance, under the graphics plan, this could be the design of a company brochure or a blog post graphic. Each request passed to us will be queued and work will start on each task after completion of the preceeding one.
We will pair you with your dedicated project and creative managers to ensure direct contact and smooth coordination with the relevant back-end teams. Your dedicated team managers will best understand your brief, assign tasks internally and also be most adept at keeping you updated on workflow and timelines.
We accept payments via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. We offer no obligation plans, so you are free to cancel at any time. You will however, still continue to have access untill the end of your billing cycle.
There is no on-going obligation. Once you sign up, your subscription will proceed month on month unless you opt to cancel at any given time. If you do cancel, you will continue to have access till the end of your current billing cycle. If you do however choose to commit to a plan for a minimum of six months or one year, we have a discount of 5% and 10% respectively available for you.
Timelines are based largely on the complexity of the ask. Deliverables such as a blog post, depending on the research required can be completed in 24 to 48 hours. Creative projects such as an animated video can take a week. Other factors that contribute to timelines are whether we have received everything required from you and how quickly feedback is provided on drafts.
Absolutely! We like to think of ourselves as an extension of your creative and marketing team and understand the significance of protecting privileged information. We are happy to sign any NDA that you may require.
We will communicate with you via any medium you prefer including email as well as quicker communication tools such as Slack, WhatsApp or any other IM. We can also keep everything on our technology enabled client portal.
We understand agencies sometimes need support due to heavy workloads or the need for expertise in certain areas. We’re happy to help and if you’re looking for an ongoing engagement, we will develop a custom plan for you.
